Tetra House, located at 1A Retreat Place, is being developed by leading housing and care provider Sanctuary Group in a £2.7 million scheme, with part-funding from the Greater London Authority. It will offer a mix of two, three and four bedroom apartments available for affordable rent and shared ownership, as well as three commercial units.
