Farm Close, Minchinhampton

The first phase of this £2.2 million scheme at Farm Close in Minchinhampton has just completed, providing nine high quality new homes for affordable rent, including 2 four-bedroom, 4 three-bedroom and 2 two-bedroom houses as well as a one-bedroom bungalow.

The development, which has been part-funded by the Homes and Communities Agency and built by Sanctuary’s contractors Galliford Try, is set to provide a further 11 new homes when the second phase is completed later this summer. These will also be made available on an affordable rental basis.
