Award-winning housebuilder Redrow is launching The Courtyard at Stretton Green, Malpas, eight brand new two, three, and four-bedroom properties to the village of Stretton, adjacent to Carden Park Hotel.
Arranged in a horseshoe layout around landscaped grounds, the mews-style houses will emulate the design of traditional farm cottages and complement the four and five-bedroom detached country houses already built at the luxury venture.
Prices for The Courtyard properties will be announced when sales commence at the end of January.
Jason Newton, sales director for Redrow Homes (NW), said:
“These new country homes have been sympathetically designed to fit the local vernacular.
“Careful consideration has been taken in creating these new beautiful homes and, as with the existing properties at Stretton Green, they will be built to Redrow’s highest specification.”
Stretton Green sits next to the 1,000 acre Carden Park Hotel estate. Boasting two golf courses, including one designed by Jack Nicklaus, residents are positively encouraged to enjoy the hotel’s facilities through a bespoke leisure package. It includes a two-year full membership of the golf club as well as extensive use of the hotel’s spa facilities, and there is private access straight onto the golf course.
Nearby, the charming villages of Tilston and Farndon and Holt and Malpas offer local family essentials, including village schools, shops and excellent pub fayre. Chester is also within easy reach at just a 20-minute drive away.
Redrow’s bespoke development won the coveted Gold Award at the 2013 What House? Awards for Best Exterior Design and was Highly Commended in the Best Development in Cheshire category at the UK Property Awards 2015.
