Rangeford Villages, the award-winning later living property specialist, has officially launched the first two showhomes at its latest retirement development Siddington Park with the first social event for the village’s reservists.
Located in Cirencester, the c.£50m village development is set to be completed Autumn 2022. It will offer 123 contemporary one to three bed apartments, with prices starting from £299,950. Construction of the village is being carried out by Real Places, following their purchase of the south west division of Rydon in April 2021.
Howard Nankivell, CEO of Rangeford Villages said:
“We are delighted to see that Siddington Park is starting to take shape and that we are on track to complete the development construction in Autumn 2022. We’ve already received a lot of interest for this development and secured a number of off plan reservations, and we look forward to welcoming more prospective residents to view our beautiful show homes.”
The development of Siddington Park builds on the established partnership between award-winning Rangeford Villages and Octopus Real Estate, which has led to the success of modern integrated retirement communities Wadswick Green in Wiltshire and Mickle Hill in North Yorkshire. Octopus Real Estate is a part of the Octopus Group and is a leading investor in healthcare facilities across the UK and Ireland. Rangeford Villages is a dedicated developer and operator of contemporary villages exclusively for the over 60s. Siddington Park will be managed and operated by Rangeford Villages.
The new showhomes showcase the high standard of the development and feature a contemporary, modern design carefully elaborated with the needs of over 60s in mind, with single floors, open plan layouts, spacious kitchens, and easy access walk-in showers.
The village will boast an array of onsite amenities including The Pavilion bistro and bar, wellbeing spa, pool, gym, yoga and dance studio, residents lounge and cinema room, and hair and beauty salon. A guest suite will also be available for any family or visitors that wish to stay overnight while enjoying their own space. In addition many homes will have the luxury of their own private outdoor space – either a garden patio or balcony.
Additional support will include concierge and housekeeping teams who can help with anything from replacing a light bulb, paying bills, to arranging appointments and transportation. For those who need it, Rangeford’s Domiciliary Care team will also provide care and support, with tailored packages, plus there is 24/7 support available for extra peace of mind.
