A 98% customer satisfaction rating achieved by the Stewart Milne Group across its homes divisions last year has helped to make it one of the top five rated home developers in the UK, according to a leading industry source.
In-house Research, which works with the UK’s leading housebuilders on customer satisfaction, has recognised Stewart Milne Homes with an outstanding award. The award is limited to five firms who are most likely to receive a recommendation from their customers and is based upon the analysis of almost 450 surveys completed by Stewart Milne home owners. This represents 75% of their total completions in 2013.
The recognition is the latest accolade for the Group’s homes divisions which work across Scotland and in the North-west of England. Stewart Milne achieved 5 Star status from the Home Builders Federation for the third year running earlier this year, based upon its 98% customer satisfaction rating in the independent National New Homes Survey conducted by the National House-Building Council.
John Slater, Stewart Milne Group Managing Director – Homes, said:
“This is fantastic recognition for the teams across the business involved in the planning, construction, marketing, sales and aftercare of our homes in Scotland and England. As an independent firm, we pride ourselves on the exceptional level of customer care we provide to buyers and the core commitment to quality standards that ensures everyone recognises their role in customer care and satisfaction.
“In-house Research works with some of the biggest names in the UK homes industry so to be placed in the top five companies based on feedback from the people who choose our homes is a great accolade,” said Mr Slater.
Malcolm Pitcher, Managing Director of In-house, said:
“Yet again during 2013 our clients are achieving high scores for overall customer satisfaction and recommendation. Those clients who are taking the customer experience very seriously are now reaping the rewards. It’s once again a great pleasure to see so many delighted comments from Stewart Milne home owners, and with surveys being completed with 75% of their customers in 2013, the integrity of data and results is second to none.”
