A new homes venture in Stockport due to launch next month has the seeds for success – location and specification.
Cherry Tree Park, on the former Cherry Tree Hospital site, has been hotly anticipated with would-be homeowners showing keen interest in the properties.
With the first homes scheduled to be released for sale in July, Elan Homes is urging those who haven’t already done so to get in touch without delay.
Marie Morris, sales director for Elan Homes in the North, says:
“Location and specification top most buyers’ wish lists when looking for a new home and Cherry Tree Park scores highly on both fronts. Situated in the prime residential suburb of Great Moor, the homes are close to Hazel Grove, Offerton and Woodsmoor with good local amenities including schools, a library and restaurants all within easy reach. Buyers will find everything they need to know about the neighbourhood and their new home in their Home User Guide (HUG).”
On offer with a secure log in and tailored to each home, the HUG contains the 10 year warranty on the property and even sends homeowners reminders about regular maintenance and DIY tips and is available in conjunction with the National House Building Council (NHBC).
Cherry Tree Park will offer 49 properties for private sale. The remaining 16 will be affordable homes.
Those who purchase at an early build stage will have the opportunity to select from a range of interior options and specification choices to help make their home individual to them. These include kitchen units and work tops, bathroom tiles, and other added extras that all add up to make a house a home.
Detailed floor plans and even the materials used, including bricks and paint colours, will be recorded in the HUG for future reference.
