All Saints Living is delivering the project on the site formally occupied by St. Cuthbert’s RC Primary School, just off Links Road, in the town.
Work on the £4 million Roseate View project has already begun and it will deliver 13, three bedroomed properties in total – comprising seven townhouses and six bungalows
The development name was chosen by school children from the Amble Links First School, adjacent to the site, who named it after the Roseate Tern – a marine bird native the area. This was part of a safety awareness day that the developer held at the school.
Kirk Thompson, Managing Director with All Saints Construction, which builds for All Saints Living, said: “We are delighted to be able to showcase how our new Amble development will look. The townhouses will be ideal family homes with bi-folding doors opening to glass fronted balconies, enjoying sea views.
“The bungalows are likely to appeal to older buyers, or those with mobility issues, as they will provide easy access, single level accommodation.”
All Saints Living recently won two accolades in the UK Property Awards 2018/19. The Walled Gardens project at Gosforth, a development of 14 executive homes, was named Best Residential Development in Tyne and Wear and a renovation project to restore and convert the historic Morar House, in Helensburgh on the Clyde Estuary, into luxury apartments, won the award for best apartment in the Scottish Highlands and Islands region.
