Lovell to move into new central London offices to accommodate growth plan

Lovell (London region) has signalled its intent for further growth in the coming years with a move to larger central London offices this summer.

Lovell, a leading regeneration provider, moves out of its current offices in Elstree into bigger premises at Regents Place on Euston Road, NW1, which boasts over 8000 square feet. With wide ranging views of a number of central London landmarks, the new office will accommodate around 80 staff.

Stuart Gibbons, regional managing director of Lovell London, said:

“Our new central London office reflects the progressive and forward-thinking nature of the business. We have a number of significant developments in London and the South East with more in the pipeline, so the move has been a strategic decision to accommodate future expansion plans.”

Stuart added:

“There is continued appetite from registered providers and local authorities in the London boroughs to form partnerships and regenerate significant areas of the Capital into high quality residential-led developments. The majority of our partners’ offices are located within the London boroughs so I’m sure they will enjoy visiting us and sharing the modern workspace at Regents Place.”

Partnership director at Lovell London, Nick Gregory, added:

“It has been an exciting few years for Lovell London and the new location marks a new chapter for this division. We are looking forward to getting settled and enjoying the surroundings.”

Lovell is planning to move staff into the new office in August.
