An exclusive, luxury development of homes, voted the best in Leicestershire, has sold out five months ahead of completion. All 19 plots on Springbourne Homes’ Hornsey Rise development, near Market Bosworth, are now either occupied or sold subject to contract.
Springbourne Chairman Adrian Burr says demand for homes on the firm’s £18m site at Bosworth Road, Wellsborough, has been exceptional and it’s no surprise they’ve all been sold long before the development’s completion in April 2022. Burr, who launched the award-winning firm 26 years ago, said:
