Held at the BRE offices in Watford on 28 September, Build4Quality – held in partnership with Home Quality Mark – will examine the importance and benefits of building quality houses.
Recent surveys have shown that buyers are willing to pay a premium for good quality homes that offer high energy efficiency combined with space and comfort, and the conference will demonstrate how adhering to this can help housebuilders and developers offer a different product in a crowded market.
Making a connection between quality and sustainability, Build4Quality will explore the ways in which new developments can factor these elements in from the design stage, speaking not only to housebuilders but architects and contractors as well. Attendees will gain a better understanding of the market for quality houses, discover how to incorporate sustainability early on in a project, learn what housebuyers expectations are, gain insight into why developers invest in quality and sustainability and learn about offsite construction.
