Launch success for East Manchester development

The launch of a stylish new collection of homes has been met with high demand with three homes sold in the first five minutes.

Lovell launched East Avenue, in Upper Openshaw, ‘off-plan’ at an exclusive preview event for homebuyers who had registered their interest in the development.

Three four-bedroom family homes were snapped up in a matter of minutes as homebuyers had their first glimpse of the properties on the first release.
