House hunters in Worcestershire have been urged to act now as time is running out to snap up a new home in Evesham.
Persimmon Homes’ Blossom Fields development is approaching completion, with just two properties remaining – and no immediate plans to open a new site.
Carol Selway, head of sales at Persimmon Homes South Midlands, said:
“Since opening, our Blossom Fields development has proved popular with house hunters, from first time buyers to growing families.”
“It’s sought after area offers buyers the best of both worlds, surrounded by tranquil countryside with good school and transports links, but with the bustle of towns and cities just a short drive away.”
“We’re sad to be leaving a lovely location, however it is always rewarding to be handing over our final set of keys and leaving the newly established community to flourish.”
“With only two four-bedroom detached homes left for sale, we would urge people to act quickly if they want to live here. We have several schemes available to make buying a home really simple.”
Buyers using one of the schemes, Part Exchange, could find themselves moving into their dream home in just a matter of weeks.
“If you are eligible, we arrange at least two valuations, agree a market price and buy your existing property. We aim to take the stress out of moving.”
The Government-backed Help to Buy scheme is also proving popular with only a five per cent deposit and a 75 per cent mortgage. The rest is made up with a 20 per cent equity loan, which is interest and repayment free for the first five years.
Other schemes include Home Change, which can be used in conjunction with Help to Buy, where Persimmon Homes markets the customer’s existing property and covers estate agent fees.
