Knight Frank appoints major figure to asset management team

Michael Lewis has joined Knight Frank as a partner in the Property Asset Management team based in the firms’ global HQ at 55 Baker Street.

Lewis spent seven years at CBRE as head of fund mandates within the asset services division overseeing the management and service delivery across over of 35 funds, 750 properties and 3,500 tenants.

Those included Shell Pensions Trust, BBC Pension Trust Limited II ARB, West Midlands County Council Pension Fund, Orchard Street UK Prime Property GP Limited and Picton (UK) Listed Real Estate.

Michael’s focus will be on working closely with the Department Head, Tim Robinson, in spearheading the growth of the firms’ consultancy offer.
