The Levelling Up Home Building Fund can help housebuilders who
- Plan to build 5 or more homes on a site in England
- Have a controlling interest in the land, with outline planning permission in place
- Are building fewer than 2000 homes per year.
Administered by Homes England, the government’s housing and regeneration agency, the Levelling Up Home Building Fund is designed for housebuilders based in England who are struggling to access finance from traditional lenders.
