Keepmoat wins place on major Circle Housing Group framework

Housing and regeneration specialist Keepmoat has won a place on a major procurement framework for one of the largest affordable housing providers in the country.

The new build housing framework for Circle Housing Group could be worth between £500million and £1billion, with Keepmoat winning lots in all nine of the regions where Circle plans to carry out work.

The news has been welcomed by Keepmoat’s Regional Managing Director (South) Dan Germann who said:

“We are very pleased to have been announced as one of the companies to win a place on this framework, this is a very important win for us.

“It is still very early days but Circle’s programme has huge potential and we are very excited about utilising our knowledge and experience to deliver excellent results for Circle Housing Group and their customers.

“The geographical area over which we work is very similar to Circle’s and so we already have much of the infrastructure in place needed to deliver their projects and look forward to bidding for work as and when it is announced.”

The work has been split into 45 ‘lots’, spread across nine regions – north London, south London, Kent, Surrey, Essex and Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Norfolk and Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and the West Midlands.

The projects procured under the new framework will range in value from under £1 million to over £10 million each, with Keepmoat winning places on 37 of the 45 lots available.

The framework duration is four years, with Keepmoat invited to bid for contracts as and when each project goes live.

Circle is a group of nine registered providers, together managing over 65,000 homes around the UK, providing general needs, sheltered and supported housing.
