Top 10 UK housebuilder Keepmoat has announced plans to deliver 199 high-quality new homes through a £44.5 million investment into the next phase of development at Sandymoor.
Recently completing the sale of land off Windmill Hill Avenue with Homes England, Keepmoat has commenced works on site, and the development will be named Meadow Brook.
Designed in line with Building for Healthy Life (BfHL), a national code that emphasises creating places with people and nature at its centre, Meadow Brook has been designed to prioritise health, sustainability and connections with public transport, cycling and walking routes.
Alongside the BfHL design principles, 71 homes will be constructed using Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) timber frames, supporting improved energy efficiency and build quality.

Homes England selected Keepmoat as its preferred development partner to deliver a mix of 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom homes for sale alongside a number of affordable homes in 2023.
