The UK’s leading and only dedicated partnership homebuilder, Keepmoat Homes, has been included in the latest edition of The Sunday Times Grant Thornton Top Track 250.
Keepmoat Homes recently posted its financial results has boosted its revenue by almost a third and has been placed 18th in the top 250 private mid-market growth companies with the biggest sales.
Speaking about the listing James Thomson, Chief Executive of Keepmoat Homes said: “I’m delighted that following a transformational year for the business we have been recognised in this prestigious list and included in the top 20. Our focus for the future remains on delivering more of the new homes the country needs with greater speed and continuing to be the UK’s leading partnership homebuilder. Last year we delivered 3,717 homes and this year we are expecting to build in excess of 4,000 much need new homes for first time buyers and for affordable and private rent.”
