London, West End based latent defect insurance and finance firm, J3 Advisory, has recruited Daisy Neall to spearhead its business development team. The company now consists of five people, with an ambition to increase to 12 by year-end.
Neall was previously senior broker and head of desk, managing a team of brokers at London Belgravia Brokers. Her appointment at J3 is to accelerate the firm’s ambitious growth strategy. This will include driving J3’s strategic vision and building the business amongst the regional residential developer and small and medium-sized enterprises market.
In her previous roles, Daisy Neall has arranged insurance for many large projects, including a £50 million mixed-use Sheffield residential development. She has also supported a number of prime residential developers, including the Royalton Group.
Commenting on her appointment, Daisy said: “Having worked with J3 founders Jack Bristow, Johnny Leadsom, and James Mole previously, I know we work really well together and I very much look forward to driving the growth of the business at such an exciting time.
“All three founders of J3 are hugely knowledgeable and provide a new, integrated approach to finance and insurance, which is already adding real value to its developer client base.”
Jack Bristow, managing director at J3 Advisory, added: “I am thrilled to be working with Daisy again. We agreed when incepting J3 that a core principle exhibited by everyone had to be tenacity and a desire to push the ball forward every day.
“I’ve seen first-hand Daisy’s unwavering desire to make her clients the kings and queens of the work she undertakes, so I could not think of anyone more suited to helping us drive J3 forward.
“We’re bullish about the future of the UK property market, and we will be on hand to protect our clients and help enable their growth by delivering the right insurance advice and funding solutions.”
Johnny Leadsom, director, J3 Advisory, added: “Daisy’s enthusiasm and understanding of our markets and the requirements of experienced developers is invaluable to us, and we are very pleased to welcome her to the leadership team.”
