Plans are underway to release the latest phase of homes at the former home of RAF Uxbridge later this summer, a leading UK housebuilder has announced.
Persimmon Homes North London will be releasing its seventh phase of homes on the St Andrews Park development on Hillingdon Road in Uxbridge comprising 72 new apartments and houses.
Residents will also be able to take advantage of the housebuilder’s two initiatives to help make moving home an easier process – Home Change and Part Exchange.
Home Change gives prospective buyers the chance to sell their existing property in three simple steps by finding a market price for the property, finding a buyer and then managing the sale on the buyer’s behalf.
Part Exchange helps people move into their dream property without putting their existing home on the market.
Greg Kaye, head of sales for Persimmon Homes North London, said:
“It is fantastic to be releasing this latest phase of homes on what is a significant site in Uxbridge.”
“We hope to make moving home a smooth process thanks to our Home Change and Part Exchange initiatives.”
“The development has a range of stunning four and five bedroom houses which are ideal for those looking to upsize or invest. There has been fantastic interest throughout the various phases of this development, so we would urge house hunters to act quickly to secure their property.”
