Home buyers get housing advise

Home buyers confused about mortgages and the various buying incentive schemes can benefit from a housebuilder’s open weekend in Bessacarr.

The recently launched Persimmon Homes Warren Park and Charles Church Hatchell Grange sites will host the event on Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd August, bringing together independent mortgage advisors and a local estate agent to offer information to the public about their house buying options.

The picturesque developments, which are nestled amongst protected ancient woodlands, nature reserves, footpaths and cycleways and yet close to daily amenities, have already welcomed 27 buyers to its growing community.

Kevin Thubron, sales director for Persimmon Homes, and its sister company Charles Church, said:

“Our ‘Get Moving Weekend’ is a great opportunity for house hunters to chat face to face with a team of experts about their individual circumstances.

“This is an exciting development for the business as, over the coming years, we will not only build many much needed new homes, but also create job opportunities as the new community will feature a village centre with shops, school, retirement accommodation plus additional green spaces and wetlands for wildlife expansion.

“We believe we have a wide choice of house designs that will appeal to all lifestyles and budgets.”

The Warren Park development offers a collection of two, three and four bedrooms homes, while Hatchell Grange features a selection of four and five bedroom properties with stone-effect fronted exteriors.

Kevin added:

“The event will give visitors a clear insight into the quality, build and specification associated with the two brands. There is no need to book an appointment, just come along as we will be open from 10am to 5pm both days.
