Dave Bexon, previously Group Sales and Marketing Director at Redrow, the UK’s sixth largest Housebuilder, has recently joined PropTech start-up, Yourkeys. Bexon, who has recently left Redrow, joined Yourkeys, tasked with helping expand their customer base with housebuilders and estate agents nationwide.
PropTech innovator Yourkeys is a transactional platform for housebuilders and estate agents that significantly reduces the time to exchange of contracts by automating all of the upfront data required to process property sales. Yourkeys hit the headlines in early January when they completed the UK’s first ‘fully digital’ end-to-end transaction in just 11 days. They have now significantly bolstered their management team by adding one of the industry’s best-known figures.
Commenting on the new appointments, CEO Riccardo Dawson said:

As Ex Group Sales & Marketing Director of Redrow, Dave has over 20 years’ experience in the new homes sector. He also pioneered one of the first online reservation systems in ‘My Redrow’ Bexon states,

Dave is no stranger to disruptive PropTech having started Smart New Homes, the first digital property portal, which was ultimately bought by Zoopla.
