David commented: “I’m delighted to take on the role of Managing Director at Meadfleet. The company has seen significant growth over the last 6 years, and it’s been exciting to be part of this.
The business has achieved some key milestones in recent years, including Carbon Neutral status, membership of the Property Ombudsman Scheme and a CIRIA Big Biodiversity Award. We will continue to lead the open space management industry forward with a focus on enhancing the areas in our management, particularly from a biodiversity perspective.
With Biodiversity Net Gain on the horizon, there are new challenges to come but our team are experts in improving the biodiversity of open spaces in our management and our model provides the long-term, adaptive management required of the new regulations.
I look forward to continuing to work closely with housebuilders, land assemblers and local authorities to support them in their open space management requirements. Meadfleet provide a long-term quality service to developers and residents whilst also ensuring value for money. I am confident our experience and expertise in enhancing areas of open space for biodiversity will be immensely attractive to housebuilders when choosing a management company over the coming months and years”.
