The Cupar North Consortium will host two public exhibitions to reveal the proposed masterplan for the development at Cupar North prior to submitting its planning application
The events will take place on Wednesday 26th August (5pm – 8.30pm) at Elmwood College and Thursday 27th August (3pm- 8pm) at the Corn Exchange.
The developers, comprising Persimmon Homes, Headon Developments and VICO Properties, along with their appointed specialist consultants will attend the masterplan exhibition, which has been informed through feedback from the local community.
David Wardrop, Planning Consultant for Cupar North, said:
“The Cupar North masterplan has been prepared following a significant amount of technical work on matters such as transportation, road design, landscape, flood risk and drainage.
“It has also taken into consideration the points raised by the community at the initial consultation events in October 2014 and the community group workshop held in March 2015, which provided a better understanding of community concerns.
“We were very pleased to have had such good turnouts at previous consultation events and hope that the community will return to view the proposed plan, prior to the planning application submission at the end of September 2015.”
