Leading housebuilder Persimmon Homes has demonstrated its commitment to developing healthy communities by inviting the people of Hethersett to contribute to its future plans in the area.
A public exhibition is being held on Wednesday, 17 June, at Hethersett Village Hall, Back Lane, Hethersett NR9 3JJ, between 2pm and 7pm.
The event will enable all interested parties to view designs and share their opinions in the details being proposed for approximately 120 new homes.
The site, off Back Lane, already has outline planning permission for 1,196 homes and other new facilities.
Andrew Fuller, managing director of Persimmon Homes Anglia, said:
“We are committed to delivering the right homes for each community where we build, and gathering the views of the neighbourhood is an important factor in the project’s success.”
“This site has already been identified for housing, a primary school, shops, community facilities and green spaces, and the development will also generate hundreds of jobs for local people.”
“Our planning application will deliver the detailed design for the first phase of our development, providing homes in a range of sizes and styles, including affordable homes.”
“The public exhibition provides local people with the chance to view our proposals, talk to our planning team face-to-face and give their opinions which will help us to finalise our planning application.”
