Brewster Bye is at home with new housing framework wins

Leeds based Brewster Bye Architects has been appointed onto seven frameworks that will deliver hundreds of affordable homes throughout the UK over the next 12 months, which reinforces the firm’s position as one of the UK’s leading architecture practices in the affordable housing sector.

In recent months, the company has been appointed onto construction frameworks by Home Group, Leeds Federated Housing Association, Housing 21, Places for People, Sanctuary Housing Group, ICNW, and Reallies, which is part of EN:Procure.

These latest successes come on the back of Brewster Bye designing more than 1,000 affordable homes in the last 12 months alone.

The company is also consolidating its position with many leading contractors in the affordable housing sector including working on major projects with Galliford Try, Mears, Engie and Esh Construction.

Mark Henderson is a Director at Brewster Bye, which works on all types of commercial projects as well as residential schemes. He said:

“Although we work across all sectors, in recent years we have established an unrivalled reputation for our work in affordable housing and now boast a vast portfolio of successful projects throughout the UK that we have delivered alongside leading housing associations, construction firms and public sector organisations.

“We pride ourselves on successfully incorporating a wide range of key design values into our affordable housing schemes to create high quality, individual and innovative homes that really stand out from the crowd and foster a real sense of community.

“In addition, we have established a solid reputation for sourcing and agreeing land deals, as well as managing the construction process, from the planning stage right through to delivery, on behalf of social housing clients throughout the UK.  We’re looking forward to building on this further within these latest framework wins and are currently working on a number of exciting new projects here in Yorkshire and further afield.”
