The Berkeley Group is transforming one of the most economically deprived areas in south east London into Kidbrooke Village.
The 30-year regeneration project, in partnership with the Royal Borough of Greenwich, will provide homes for nearly 5,000 people and over 20,000 jobs.
Over 1,224 homes have already been delivered and one the development is completed in 2030, there will be shops, schools, healthcare facilities, a coffee shop and a new train station build alongside the homes.
A Construction Skills Centre was set up on site to promotes training and education and support young people entering the industry.
The project is delivered by the partnership between the Berkeley Group, architects Lifshutz Davidson Sandilands, the Royal Borough of Greenwich, Southern Housing Group, the HCA and TfL.
