BEKO PLC APPLIANCE PARTNERS ANNOUNCE UKAA KEY PARTNER STATUS

Beko plc Appliance Partners, the specialist division of Beko plc which offers bespoke home appliance solutions to housebuilders, build-to-rent providers, developers and contractors, have announced that they have recently built upon their longstanding affiliation with The UK Apartment Association (UKAA) by becoming a Key Partner.

With significant growth predicted in the build-to-rent sector over the next decade, the appliance providers are keen to support the organisation with their ambition to make build-to-rent an industry choice for property professionals and a lifestyle of choice for customers.

Founded in 2016, the UKAA is the leading association for the thriving UK build-to-rent community. The organisation’s aim is to further professionalise and improve the service delivery of the UK residential sector by sharing information, enhancing best practice and raising standards to benefit customers.

Having been a member of the UKAA for a number of years, Beko plc Appliance Partners will be enhancing their collaboration with the organisation, offering their experience and expertise as a specialist supplier of appliance solutions to the build-to-rent sector. Working with developers on a variety of projects across the UK has given the team a good understanding of the needs of both developer and resident, and they are keen to share this knowledge within the UKAA community.

The UKAA currently has around 310 members and is growing at a rate of 30% each year. Members comprise leading investors, operators, advisors and suppliers operating in the build-to-rent sector today.
