Bargate Achieves Five-Star Customer Satisfaction Rating

Hampshire-headquartered Bargate Homes has achieved a five-star Rating in the annual Home Builders Federation (HBF) Customer Satisfaction Survey in the first full year it has participated in the esteemed scheme.

The HBF allocates stars for customer satisfaction, based on homeowner feedback in an independent survey. The surveys are sent out to purchasers once they have taken occupation of their new home and are designed to establish satisfaction levels with the quality of the property and the buying experience. Star ratings are calculated on the number of customers who would recommend the housebuilder who built their new home to friends, with a five-star rating requiring 90% or above.

Bargate Homes has also received the 2025 Outstanding Achievement Award for Customer Satisfaction from In-House Research, together with an overall Gold Award. It is the seventh year running that the firm has triumphed in the prestigious national award programme. This achievement is another reflection of the firm’s unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality homes and providing an exceptional customer journey.

In-House Research’s newly released Annual Benchmark indicates where by all housebuilders who participate in the comprehensive customer survey stand, compared against an average benchmark score. Bargate Homes consistently scored above the benchmark in every category. In the ‘would you recommend to a friend’ category, Bargate scored 98.8%.

As part of the industry’s ongoing effort to improve quality and customer experience, the results of the survey are published on In-House Research’s website. The findings are used to support consumers in making informed choices when purchasing a new home.
