Meadfleet, one of the most experienced open space management companies in the UK is delighted to announce a fresh new image and website. Established in 1995, Meadfleet are synonymous with sustainable open space management, excellent customer service and community engagement across England and Wales.
As they approach their 30th year anniversary, Meadfleet felt it was time to refresh their branding and website to better reflect the organisation’s history and the principles by which they operate. The multi-award-winning management company have retained their well-known name and the Meadfleet team remains the same with representatives strategically located to manage their growing portfolio of residential developments across the country.
Their new logo was designed to encapsulate Meadfleet’s expertise, experience, and values. With an oak leaf selected to symbolise longevity, trust and wisdom whilst also representing their commitment to the long-term protection and sustainable care of green spaces on new residential developments.
The new Meadfleet website features the updated branding and provides a streamlined navigation for developers and residents to easily find key information and includes an array of images of the management company’s portfolio. Also featured are the industry-leading gardening and wildlife resources and giveaways which the company are well known for, and advice is also provided to developers on the forthcoming Biodiversity Net Gain regulations.
David King, Managing Director, commented “With our 30th anniversary approaching and the introduction of Biodiversity Net Gain, we felt now was a great time to update our brand to better reflect our culture and approach to open space management. Meadfleet are well-known for the fantastic service we provide to customers demonstrated by our ‘Excellent’ rating on Trustpilot and our award-winning sustainable management of open spaces with a biodiversity-led approach. We believe our new branding and website demonstrates our values and the work we do both on the open spaces we manage and with customers and communities.
I am proud that all the open space photos on our website were taken on Meadfleet managed areas, with no stock photos utilised to demonstrate to developers the care we take of their developments. For our 40,000+ residents there are our exciting competitions, giveaways and initiatives for them to get involved with. We will be adding more to these in the coming weeks and months alongside more news of our Meadfleet Academy which aims to inspire the next generation with a particular focus on biodiversity.”
With Biodiversity Net Gain law coming in November, an experienced, long-term approach to open space management will be more vital than ever to fulfil the 30+ year BNG covenant. Meadfleet are looking forward to supporting existing and new developer partners through these changes and continuing to provide a sustainable legacy of open spaces that their customers and communities will enjoy.
