Avant Homes has grown its in-house planning and architectural design teams to support its multi-tenure UK expansion strategy which has seen the business open three new regional operating companies this year.
The housebuilder’s planning and architectural design teams now comprise eight and 10 people respectively enabling the in-house delivery of both services.
Since the beginning of the year, Avant Homes has expanded its operational presence in North Yorkshire, North-West England and recently opened another office in Scotland, bringing its total number of regional businesses to nine.
Headquartered in Barlborough, near Chesterfield, Avant Homes’ regional operating companies now cover Scotland, North-East England, Yorkshire and Midlands.
