Avant Homes has strengthened its senior team in its Central region with the appointment of a head of construction to further enable the housebuilder’s regional plans.
Matt Rodgers has been promoted from area construction manager to the position and has more than 26 years’ experience in the housebuilding sector.
In his new role, Matt is responsible for Avant Homes Central’s overall construction delivery. This includes supporting the construction team and wider business to continually meet forecasted targets and deliver developments in adherence to health and safety regulations.

Avant Homes Central currently has nine live developments ranging from Sheffield to Nottingham with many more due to start as the business continues to implement its growth plans.
