Avant Homes has strengthened its senior team in Scotland with the appointment of an area director.
Iain Innes, who joins from housebuilder Dandara, has 40 years’ industry experience. In his new role he is responsible for identifying opportunities to further expand Avant Homes’ operations and developments across Scotland.
Commenting on his appointment, Iain said:

Stirling-based Avant Homes Scotland has live development sites across the country with many more due to start as the business continues to implement its growth plans. Avant Homes Scotland is part of the Avant Homes Group, one of the leading private developers of residential property in the UK.
