ADG Architects appointed to oversee work on Cotswolds residential development

North East Architects Practice ADG Architects has been appointed to oversee the construction of a new residential development in the picturesque village of Broadway, Cotswolds.

The construction of the four detached homes is being carried out by Markey Construction while ADG Architects’ partner John Bell is supervising the construction to ensure the specifications are met and the work is completed within budget.

“These homes are located in one of the most sought-after villages in England, so it is vital that the work is of the highest standard within the confines of the budget,” said Mr Bell.

The new homes are being marketed by the Broadway office of Hamptons International Estate Agents and are expected  to be completed by the autumn.

Based in Darlington, ADG Architects has over 30 years’ experience of designing, building and extending homes.

The practice also provides a wide range of commercial, industrial and 3D Modelling projects, with particular specialisms in Education, Care Homes, Agricultural and Historical and Ecclesiastical buildings.
