One of the country’s leading house builders is set to develop in the popular residential area of Kingswood Parks in Hull.
Yorkshire-based Persimmon Homes Yorkshire plans to build 340 much needed new homes after signing a deal to buy a 20 acre parcel of land off Richmond Way in Kingswood Parks.
Construction at the site, named Parklands, is scheduled to commence in early 2014 with the first properties reserved off plan expected to be commenced by June 2014.
Speaking of the new development, Simon Usher, Director in Charge at Persimmon Homes Yorkshire, said:
“Parklands is an exciting £45million pound development that will provide a range of properties that we are confident will meet the needs of the Hull property market.”
The new site will feature a range of two bedroom apartments plus two, three and four bedroom properties suitable for first-time buyers and growing families providing an extensive choice of house types at affordable prices.
“Existing homes at Persimmon Pastures at Kingswood Parks have proved to be particularly successful so I would urge buyers to reserve off-plan to ensure the best possible deals.”
