Leading partnerships developer Lovell has received the prestigious President’s Award in the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents’ (RoSPA) Health and Safety Awards, recognising 10 consecutive years of achieving Gold status across the South Wales and West region.
The prestigious award acknowledges Lovell for its continued commitment to the wellbeing of employees, contractors and members of the public across its sites and offices.
The President’s Award is presented to organisations that have achieved 10 to 14 consecutive RoSPA Gold Awards, demonstrating consistently high standards of occupational health and safety management over a decade.
This year’s achievement is particularly significant as it coincides with the 70th anniversary of the RoSPA Health and Safety Awards. Established in 1956, the internationally recognised awards celebrate organisations, teams and individuals that demonstrate an unwavering commitment to protecting lives and continually improving health and safety standards.
The awards attract more than 2,000 entrants each year from over 60 countries, allowing organisations to benchmark their performance, maintain consistent standards across their operations and demonstrate an ongoing commitment to improving workplace safety.
The RoSPA Gold Award is presented to organisations that demonstrate exceptional performance, including robust occupational health and safety management systems, outstanding control of risk, and very low levels of error, harm and loss.
