Jones Homes has again been awarded a five-star rating for customer satisfaction by the Home Builders Federation.
Achieving five-star status means that Jones Homes customers rated the company highly for both build quality and customer service in surveys conducted eight weeks and nine months after they moved in.
The HBF Star Rating Scheme was launched in 2005, with results previously based on the eight-week ‘would recommend’ score from customers. This year the scheme has been changed to incorporate the views of customers at nine months as well.
Jones Homes builds new homes across the UK with developments in Cheshire, Lancashire, Greater Manchester, Yorkshire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Kent and Sussex.
Mark Royle, Director for parent company The Emerson Group, said:
“It is incredibly rewarding that Jones Homes has received the top rating for customer satisfaction from the HBF again this year, especially as the scoring system has been strengthened to reflect customers’ views over a longer period of time.
“Achieving this again is testament to the high specification of our homes and the pride we place in quality and customer service for every single buyer.
“It is genuinely a team effort from the sales advisors who support customers through the homebuying journey, to the site teams who ensure that every last detail of the homes they build is right.
“I’d like to thank everyone for their hard work in achieving this result and look forward to many more Jones Homes customers enjoying a five-star experience when they choose one of our high-quality new homes.”
