The Home Builders Federation (HBF) has named Bellway a 5-star homebuilder for the 10th year in a row based on feedback from customers – an achievement which Bellway’s CEO Jason Honeyman attributes to the ‘dedication and passion’ of the company’s staff and partners.
The accolade is awarded based on responses to the National New Homes Customer Satisfaction Survey. New‑build buyers complete the survey twice after purchasing their home, at eight weeks and again at nine months. The award is determined using a combined score that reflects both build quality and the level of service received.
