Top 10 UK homebuilder, Keepmoat, has announced the appointment of Ciaran Aldridge as the new Regional Managing Director to head up its Yorkshire East region.
Bringing more than 18 years of experience in property, Ciaran will focus on implementing land, construction and leadership strategies across East Yorkshire, to drive growth and deliver high-quality, much needed affordable new homes in the region.
Ciaran, formerly National Property Director at Aldi and Divisional Managing Director at McCarthy Stone, joins the team following the promotion of former Regional Managing Director, Dan Crew, to Divisional Chair. Ciaran will utilise his extensive experience generating growth to lead the region as it targets brownfield land across East Yorkshire.
