The certification means the company is meeting the highest standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability. Greencore Homes, with an excellent overall B Impact Assessment score of 114.5, represents one of only a small number of developers to achieve B-Corp.

By meeting B Lab’s rigorous criteria, the company affirms its mission to transform the future of housing while creating positive impact for residents, communities and the wider environment.
