Top 10 homebuilder Keepmoat has launched its second Land & Partnerships Graduate Programme, following the huge success of its first programme in 2021.
The Programme offers graduates an exciting opportunity to build a career in homebuilding and become part of a national business which supports Keepmoat’s focus on investing in people and attracting the best talent. The structured two year programme provides graduates with the opportunity to learn and grow with significant potential for future progression. Key areas of focus include assisting and demonstrating with the identification of potential land and partnership opportunities, assisting in the evaluation of potential new sites and scheme viability, developing an understanding and practical application of the bidding process, and assisting in building relationships with partner organisations and external stakeholders.
The Doncaster-based company, which employs more than 1,100 people across the UK, hopes to attract the brightest and best graduates to strengthen its land and partnerships team in multiple regions, following on from a record financial performance in 2022.
