Presitigous new family homes close to the picturesque Cheshire village of Henbury have been granted planning permission by Cheshire East Council, paving the way for luxury developer PH Homes to lay the first bricks.
Rough Heys is Cheadle-based PH Homes second site in the village near Alderley Edge and follows on from the popular The Courtyard – a charming development of nine four bedroomed semi-detached and mews style homes.
The site at Rough Heys Farm, Rough Heys Lane, was formerly used by agricultural contractor Dale Agri who have relocated to Lower Peover.
Designed around a village green, the nine luxurious four and five-bedroom detached homes start at around £800,000.
Each of the homes will be built in a traditional farmhouse style, featuring classic contemporary interiors with the design flair and attention to detail for which PH Homes is renowned.
Philip Hughes, Managing Director of PH Homes, said:
“We are delighted that this stunning site, set in rolling Cheshire countryside and surrounded by paddocks, ponds and woodland, has been granted planning approval.
“This is a great opportunity to build further high-quality family homes in this popular area and develop and improve this brownfield site.”
Building work is expected to get underway in early 2018, with the new homes complete before the end of the year.
